1. Acceptance
By accessing or using detailmasters CRM ("Service", "Platform") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Nature of Service
detailmasters CRM is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides CRM, scheduling, loyalty, and business management tools to professional car detailing businesses ("Business Owners"). The platform also enables end customers ("Customers") to discover and book services offered by those businesses.
detailmasters CRM is a technology intermediary only. We are not a party to any service agreement between a Customer and a Business Owner, and we bear no responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, pricing accuracy, or outcome of any detailing service performed through the platform. Business Owners are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the services they advertise and deliver.
3. Reservation Fee
When a Customer confirms a booking, a non-refundable reservation fee is charged at that time. The fee amount — expressed as a percentage of the service price — is displayed clearly before confirmation. It is processed via Stripe and collected by detailmasters CRM as a platform service charge.
The reservation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, no-show, rescheduling, or dissatisfaction with the service. detailmasters CRM does not collect or hold the full service payment — that transaction is between the Customer and the Business Owner directly.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Business Owner subscriptions are billed in advance on the selected billing cycle (monthly, 6-month, or annual) and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
detailmasters CRM reserves the right to change subscription pricing with a minimum of 30 days' notice. Access continues until the end of the paid period upon cancellation. Promotional discounts and trial periods are non-stackable and subject to eligibility conditions displayed at checkout.
5. Invoice Issuance
detailmasters CRM automatically issues a tax document (invoice) upon each successful payment — whether a subscription charge or a booking reservation fee. Invoices are:
- Generated in the payer's language (Czech, Portuguese, or English).
- Delivered by email to the address registered on the account.
- Available for download at any time from the dashboard (My Invoices).
- Issued in the currency of the transaction (CZK for Czech market, EUR for Portuguese and other markets).
VAT treatment follows applicable Czech and EU law. Invoices are retained for a minimum of 10 years as required by Czech accounting legislation.
6. Promotions and Coupons
Promotional codes and coupons are issued at our sole discretion, are non-transferable, and may be invalidated at any time in cases of abuse, error, or fraud. Expired coupons cannot be redeemed. detailmasters CRM reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer without notice.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content, including reviews.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the reservation fee.
- Create multiple accounts to exploit trials, promotions, or loyalty rewards.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the platform or its data.
- Manipulate the review, loyalty, or promotions systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without notice and without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, and branding on detailmasters CRM is owned by or licensed to us. No licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works is granted. Any content you submit (reviews, photos, messages) grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate that content on the platform.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We make no representation that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided by Business Owners listed on the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, detailmasters CRM, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the reservation fee paid in the booking giving rise to the claim, or (b) the subscription fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
